Free trial

I have submitted “free trial one month” request but it turns out showing my purchasing status as “6 -month subscription at $368”...what should I do ? or I will be debited “$368” as usual?

Hello, Please note that the subscription plan depends on our users' choices. You can unsubscribe from the existing plan, re-install the app and choose the 1-month subscription instead. Best regards, Team BetterMen

It doesn’t work.

This app doesn’t go beyond the purchase page. After charging me for 6-months plan and pressing CONTINUE it keeps on loading forever without accessing the plan. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and tried on a different phone and the result is the same.

Please note that subscriptions are cancelled through AppStore, not through the BetterMe app. Normally, the BetterMe subscription should be listed among your subscriptions unless you have purchased the Lifetime option. Please visit the Apple Support website for further assistance and if you'd like to find all the information on managing the subscriptions billed through Apple.
Please try re-installing the app and/or checking that the app version has been updated.

Data collection only

Seems to be a data collection tool. Even the 7 day free trial requires authorisation for a ridiculously high weekly fee which I am sure very few people agree too. However, you do not find this out until you have agreed to share all your data.
