Great app HK
This app is one of the largest and most popular cryptocurrency exchanges which crypto exchange services. if you haven’t used yet make sure to enter the reward coupon ICPZJIFZ on the sign up screen to get 40% commission kickback rate.
Standard Binance trading fees are 0.1%, but by using Binance native token BNB, you can make considerable reduction to the fees, currently 25% less if You the option to pay fees in BNB (instead of paying them in the coin you are buying).
There is no buying limit if you want to do crypto to crypto transactions. There is a withdrawal limit of 2 BTC for unverified accounts which gets lifted once you go through KYC procedure. They use service called Simplex to execute these orders. Simplex charges 3.5 percent of a transaction with a $10 minimum (flat fee). The daily limit is $20,000 per user, while the monthly max is $50,000 per user. Since Binance main platform used to be crypto only where you could do deposits in any of the 150+ supported coins. Same goes for withdrawals – you just need the address on blockchain of the coin you want to withdraw.
Nowadays, Binance supports fiat deposits as well so you can buy bitcoin with credit/debit cards. In some countries, Binance supports a direct wire transfer as a deposit method as well.
Pathetic customer service and support
I deposited some funds into my account and it showed and error. In my transaction history it shows that the deposit is processing, and has been for over 2 weeks. However I already have to pay the money on my VISA card (the method I deposited the fiat.) I submitted support tickets, which has now been ignored, and on the live chat, I waited 2 days to get to an agent, who claimed he would transfer me to a “senior agent, and that it would take a while”. About 15 minutes later, the agent contacted me but I couldn’t see the message as I have other things to do. Just 4 minutes after that message they closed the chat, claiming “I hadn’t replied in a while”. They act like you have nothing else to do and don’t have to sleep and can just monitor the screen 24/7.
I tried contacting support again after that. About a day later, someone wrote back, and said she would “transfer it to a senior agent and give me priority”. My position in the queue was 180. A day later it moved up to 120. Then another 2 days later, somehow, my position went from 124 to 129. Not only did I get closer (waiting 3 days is absolutely ridiculous already), I was pushed back further in the queue.
Don’t use Binance.
Login Error
I can’t login what is the problem? And why do I have to verify my phone number sms after I used Face ID to login ?
