BitPerfect is a simple, easy to use, audiophile grade music player that works in conjunction with iTunes to deliver the highest possible sound quality.

Crashes your Mac
First, this program under certain conditions can crash your Mac, support does not exist and Apple will say it’s not their problem.
Second, it’s basically a snake oil - one does not need any sound enhancement products on Mac. All the claims of improving sound quality are fake (if you know how to configure Mac for proper sound playback). So, you are paying for sample rate switcher, which would be OK but - it does not do it’s job well, because it crashes you Mac.
Conclusion - one Useless product.
No long works in recent MacOS
The software was designed to work with iTunes which was replaced by Music app in the recent MacOS versions. So, this software no longer work as expected. Not sure why it is not retired.
Not Working at all
Monterey, not working. Just able to open music, and do nothing.
