Good service booking

Well prepared and I can enjoy service immediately. Will recommend friends to use. Hope more shops in the future.

The worst customer service ever

The status update on the app is completely inaccurate. Bookings not confirmed are “confirmed” on the app. I went down for an appointment that wasn’t verified on the beauty salon’s end. And the customer service only bothered to call to ask me to cancel when it’s time for the appointment. The service recovery was also really bad - the only thing they can do is cancel the appointment.

Not recommended. Could be a complete waste of your time to book services on this platform. Not trustworthy at all.

Sorry some of the shops handle booking or service isn't good, when we get the complain, we will discuss with shop, if they don't improve/settle this situation, we will remove their shop in our booking shop list. Do you have a booking number, so we can follow it?
