It’s great just you can’t queue music on browse and also why does Siri not work with the app I had to download Google assistant and it does not work

Needs some work for Bluetooth connections

After a short time the app was suddenly unable to the headphones to other input sources (I.e. change the Bluetooth connection). The function seems now permanently broken. This would have been an easy fix by using the older Bose Connect app, but it’s been intentionally disabled. Having sunset the Bose Connect legacy app in a way that the users are actively prevented from using it is just overstepping it from an IT department’s side. Guys, act less over-proud and think a bit more sensible about your delivery requirements. Listening to the customer is the Silicon Valley way, not mandating upgrades if there’s no benefit.

Cannot connect anymore

I paired and connected within the app. It worked. Then I have changed the product custom name and it didn’t show the new name in app settings. So I “forgot” everything in the setting and wanted to pair/connect again.

But then I could only pair the headphone with the phone and never be able to connect BLE. It means I cannot use the App to control or OTA the headphone. I tried power cycle the headphone/phone bluetooth/phone.. uninstall and reinstall the app, remove product and add again... every possible way I can think of, the app just won’t work with the headphone again.
