Excellent app

Don’t know what all the complaints are about, never had any issues staying logged in (unlike the disastrous out of date Cathay app) and have been able to update details. Their website however is another matter...

Really feel disappointed for not being being considerate and flexible to help passengers proceed with connecting flight of tight schedule. In addition, 5 checked baggage with 6 passengers, the check in counter does not consider waiving the extra baggage charge. It just ruins my honeymoon trip from the starting point. We just think it’s easy to make it and be customer-oriented as this is not a really big problem to be solved. And it seems that because of the ticket redemption so it is of lower priority. If the Executive Club is to serve members with pleasant journey and value loyalty in members, then why not facilities members’ trip and build better corporate image?

And just don’t know why a nickname has to be set as I have already input my title here? It just makes the review process more complicated.

Cannot add a booking on the App

Cannot add a valid booking on the App. Using website is ok, but then the information on website and App is not synchronised. However if I log off the App, and use “find my booking”, I can find, manage and checkin. It’s all not understandable and I have to try different ways to checkin. The App directs you to the website which give a button to open the App again (which didn’t work). It’s all very confusing. Just use the website, forget the App
