Very Good Online Shopping and Bidding App
I love Ebay, it help me so much to bid my collection. Ebay also commitment to solves conflict or dispute between seller and buyer well, before I happen to buy a pendant and expensive pen and the seller send me a counterfeit product and after dispute and report it, Ebay help me in resolution center and refund me all the cost for purchase either from seller or by Ebay.
That also make me more confident to purchase product in Ebay and also do payment with Paypal for my double protection. Thank you Ebay team and keep the good works! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Not user friendly
New update could not see seller items anymore. The customer service could not help the customer for this.
Ridiculous
1. Why can eBay still not make a completely English-language experience for people in places like Hong Kong? It’s just ridiculous. eBay is a US company for goodness’ sake! Yet I’m repeatedly dropped into a totally Chinese environment. I don’t speak or read Chinese. Why can’t this be fixed? I’ve been facing this issue and complaining about it for 12 years.
2. The mobile app helpdesk / live screen assistance does not respond. At all.
3. Clunky app keeps telling me I haven’t paid for 2 items which I paid for and received 2 months ago. No way to fix it. Ridiculous.
