Good dictionary but not a good app

I think all the meaning of the vocab should be shown on the same page. It’s impossible for me to choose which meaning I need explanation as I don’t know the meaning front the start. Also it would be better if it’s easier to go back to the homepage after checking. It takes me more time when I need to check many words.

Rubbish

I can’t download the dictionary after I paid for the in-app purchase even though my iphone is connected to wifi. I restarted my pphone, restored purchase and tried to download the dictionary many times, it is still not successful. I went to Apple Shop, asked to solve the problem or ask for a refund. The problem cannot be solved and they asked me to cobtact the developer. I reported the problem to the developer, there is no response from them after half a month. The app is totally a rubbish! You cannot download the dictionary after you pay. The developer won’t response to you to solve the issue or for a refund. App Store said they are not responsible for the refund either.

Update: just got the reply from the developer after a month. The dictionary can be downloaded eventually.

Superb

It’s reasonable to pay for content.
The payment makes all the stuff offline available which delivers seamless experience of searching words, listening to pronunciations without internet connection.

Moreover, $10 is even cheaper than a real dictionary. Why are people so mad about paying for a good dictionary. It’s disappointing that people are willing to pay for their meal, their phones or their house but not a good app.

The app has a clear ui and a lot of examples. It’s definitely worth it.

However, a missing features is a synchronization across devices.

I also find that a word is hardly drawn again if I make the first attempt successful in the flash card game. The rate becomes 100%.
