Bracelet size
I mentioned clearly the size of my wrist saying I need extension.
They made bracelet less than the size of my wrist.
I even mentioned I am staying abroad, will not have access to exchange/ repair several times.
My sister helped to courier me the bracelet with wrong size and they are not owning up to their mistake.
Utterly disappointed with their service and no help.
Never getting anything again from their store.
