Unfair terms to passenger

There are several incidents that the drives can’t find the pick up location. They just stopped and claimed arrived. Called them and refused to come to the exact pick up location. I cancelled the trip and received a 10 QR penalty. Most of the drivers are untrained. The app only advantage is cheaper than the competitors. The app is also battery demanding. The battery drained like crazy and the phone is hot.
