Carla - 汽车出租 - 租個‪車‬ 4+

Just like everyone I'm confusing about the payment, Ashley patiently explained everything to me, made 2 bookings with different vendors in different cities, everything flawlessly, thumbs up!

Made a booking with them which initially appeared good value - subsequently told that the car I had booked was not available and was told I had to pay more for a worse car. Asked for a refund but was only given credit. Tried to then use the credit which is not possible as it is only applied to the deposit so the amount I paid has to be spread over multiple new bookings. For the bookings made I randomly get charges on my credit card with no warning and it is impossible to keep track of how much you actually paid and why (no information on this on the app). Finally keep getting emails from them titled ‘free upgrade’ but when you look at the details the so called free upgrade is several hundred $ more! Tried to complain to them directly but didn’t get a reply then got an automated customer service response asking for my feedback on how they handled my query! Overall, terrible service.

Carla is definitely the best car renting app ever i can say.I can just simply choose my pick-up time,location and date ,as well as the drop-off time,location and date,Carla can help me to choose the best car renting company in my district.It is somehow convenient and helps me with my journey to be more enjoyable.I really appreciate this app to people who wants to rent a car. Carla is your best choice!
