Rubbish and no clear instructions

When I signed up they said would charge me HKD$103 after my three-days trial.
When I attempted to request the portrait service, I was required to pay HKD$38 for five coins.
I paid, but in my account I could only see two coins in the wallet.
I don’t know what’s going on and have no idea how I can get my refund or request for their service

Did not get any pick since 5 days

I paid for cartoon pic and I didn’t get and pic till now... u take money and didn’t do any kind of work..... such a fake appp and I want my money back or cartoon pic which I submitted 4days ago

Please give me back my money😡🤧

I use HKD146 to buy the drawing.but when 12 hours later...there is nothing🤷🏻‍♀️there is nothing change for my pic.but I can’t cancel my order.why? It there the Fraud?
