Received a damage case

We received 2 limited edition cases on 10 July, however we found out that the Spider-Man case has some watermark on the red colour. We brought it to the shop and the staff there also agreed the case is not in a good condition! We kept sending emails to the customer services but no response so far! Could your customer service representative tell us how we can change a new one!
