Cettire is very sneaky!!
If I can pick zero star, I would do that!
They charged HKD200 fee on EACH refunded items and without mentioning it when you arrange the return! I only realised it when I received the refund payment and then I check their T&C to discover that sneaky policy! That is very unprofessional. Never shop in Cettire again and I will just go to farfech matches nap wherever but not cettire.
Lastly, their customer service is not responsive and not able to address the problem and provide solution. Worst online shopping experience ever.
Think twice before you click purchase at cettire.

When you try to schedule a return , it s No Way that you can process the return and No Way you can call to reach the customer service , even if u send them email , no one would ever reply .👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
Poor CS, take your money but no order confirmation
Paid for the order and no confirmation email received. No response from CS, deleting comments on social media!
