Paid $488 for annual plus but doesn’t work!!!!

I paid $488 for annual plus in July 2023 and I used it everyday. However,I couldn’t not use it this morning. The app warned me 1) sending the request too fast 2) server traffic is too high 3) arrears I paid it for a year, but service was suspended!!!!!

It still doesn’t work. I request for a refund.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. In fact, on that day, ChatGPT experienced a rare malfunction which rendered the app inoperative. The issue lasted for about 1-2 hours, after which the app resumed its normal function. We deeply appreciate your understanding, and kindly encourage you to continue using it. We will persistently strive to enhance your user experience.
