Would never use this app unless I have to

This is the most horrible app you can find on App Store, it’s slow and laggy in use, it’s horrible in its UI because it’s just a browser, and you can only select 1 picture at a time when you submit a new claim.

Would never use this app unless I need to submit a claim.

Good

Overall I’ve find it fine to use. My one suggestion is that when submitting claims it should default to your home country as it tikes a while each time to scroll through the long country list and presumably most people get care at home. Thanks

Unusable

This is not a real app but just a wrapper for its website. It’s full of bugs:
1. Registration has to be done through web instead of the app, and iOS’s password suggestion will crash Cigna website
2. Finding a provider in map view is extremely hard. Zoom in/out is unusable
