The Cindy Yu Fitness App has been carefully designed to give you access to a variety of workouts and programs to improve your fitness level. Whether it is to lose weight or gain muscle and strength.

These guided, on demand workouts range from 15 min to 60 mins for all fitness levels.
You can train at home or in the gym with minimal equipment and space.

Choose workouts or workout challenges depending on your schedule and availability.
Also included, are some delicious and healthy recipes to improve overall health.

Note regarding Apple Health:

The app integrated with Apple Health to show your daily activity, distance, steps, active energy and flights to help you achieve your goals.
The app also uses Apple Health to track energy burned and heart rate during a workout session if an Apple Watch is used.
