Worst ticket booking website
The links from hosts, providers and event locations to Cityline only take you to the homepage and not to the event. I could not find the events through the Cityline search function, options for search were limited. The login option using Google and Apple is extremely slow, if it was working. Email password takes more time to arrive than is allowed. Wow…I don’t have time and not interested to write any more of a review.
Bad purchase experience
Need to get the tickets at the dispensing machine which didn’t work!
Call the service hotline and told you to get your tickets at their outlets where is in different area. Then how come they claim they provide online ticket services and in fact you need to travel to their outlets to get the tickets!
