Unable to download/install
Tried downloading it twice today after making the purchase...However, both times the app refused to install, both times the file had been 99% downloaded and the status was reverted back to zero
Is this because I am using Mojave? Please solve the issue ASAP. Was so looking forward to playing the game

Please try logging out of your App Store account and restarting your computer. Launch the App Store app again and log into your account. Try downloading the game again through your Purchased tab. If the problem continues, please open a ticket with us immediately: https://support.aspyr.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Took a while to ‘install’. After downloading all the data (over 9GB), it won’t open and
Took a while to ‘Install’. After downloading all the data (over 9GB), it won’t open and ask that I ‘Install’ again. I would like a full refund. Waste of time and effort trying to get this to work. Won’t be purchasing games in this app again.
CANNOT DOWNLOAD
I bought it last year. After the recent update, I could not open it and was told to delete it and download again. Now I cannot download it for unknow reason.
