SuperCell moved my account to the China server
After the recent update, I’ve been banned from the game n my account was migrated to the China server which I can’t access! They moved my account to the China server just because it’s linked to WeChat. Previously, I tried to create a Supercell ID but not successful since it’s linked to WeChat. And the system support asked me to continue the login method. I’ve playing the game since 2012 n paid real money every month but now banned from the game! So ridiculous! I filed several requests via the game support n emails but there is no positive response! I lost my account, money n my 10-year effort in building up my village!!!
My Account is banned right after recent maintenance for NO reason!
I filed a case to customer service and was told I breached their terms of service by just throwing me a link to their terms of service. I have played COC since 2015 on the same account and have played it the same way I have always played over the last 6 years, so if I have breached any terms of services, it must have occurred 6 years ago already. The fact that I am able to play for the past 6 years, is a testament that my account has properly complied with all your terms and conditions. As a matter of fact, I can still play right before the last maintenance. Right after the recent maintenance, my account is banned for no reason known to me. If the last maintenance has altered your terms of services, you should inform users and give users time to make necessary amendments. It is so reckless for Supercell to just ban my account without giving any explanation or warning on anything that I have not complied. If there is anything that I have done wrong and hence leading to my account being banned, I will have no complain at all. But the fact is that, I have NO idea why my account is banned right after the recent maintenance. Very frustrated and disappointed.
New features for Clan Wars maybe?
Been playing on and off since release. Overall Good stuff. If they could add additional clan settings like (Leader/Co-leaders can limit who attacks what in Clan wars) eg. a mirror rule with +-2. A attack freely setting, other types of mirror rule variations etc
Leaders and coleaders should have free option to attack anything despite the rule as they attack according to what’s best for the clan. Will also encourage people to stay in clans longer to have the freedom in wars as a coleader.
I see lots of randoms joining wars to get war stars TH12 attacking a TH6 to get 3 stars. Doesn’t help the war in any way.
