ClassPass: Fitness, Spa, Salon 4+

DO NOT USE THIS APP! 1/ You are given 50 free credits when you create an account, which can only be used after you pay for the membership. So I did for 688HKD/month, and guess what? The 50 credits will be replaced with the credits that are associated with the membership, which is a lesser amount. Lesson 1: do NOT be enticed by the free credits. 2/ I had 12 credits left and I decided to cancel my membership after using 11 credits for a final lesson. If you cancel your membership before having the lesson, YOUR CREDITS WILL EXPIRE AS WELL, MEANING YOUR LESSON WILL BE CANCELLED ALONG. And I only get to find out AFTER ARRIVING THE LESSON VENUE! Yes indeed it’s listed in the terms and conditions, but I was not given a warning at all prior my subscription cancellation. I wonder how many other users have also fallen to this trap? 3/ Lessons are often charged in odd lots (eg. 11, 13 credits etc) while credits are charged in even lots. Meaning YOU ARE ALMOST GUARANTEED TO HAVE A FEW CREDITS LEFT. This means will have to purchase extra credits AND EXTEND YOUR MEMBERSHIP JUST TO HAVE ANOTHER LESSON. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

NEVER ever should you sign up! They try to trick you into creating an account by giving u 50 so-called free credits. However, once u get tricked and joined their membership, when it is time you want to terminate your membership, you will have to give up all your paid remaining credits. Either u lose your PAID credits or you renew a new month of membership. You’re trapped in this endless cycle of either renewing a new monthly membership or lose your paid credits! This is how they trick you into joining their membership! You’ll lose the money back at the end anyway :)

What is even more creepy is they don’t allow you to remove your credit card information! If you want to remove ur credit card info you’ll need to submit a contact form?! Like what the hell?

There is no contact hotline. Once you get scammed, no one can help you. Good luck with using this app. Think twice before u even download it :)

Registered for free trail plan with 43 credits. Registered for two upcoming classes. And when I attempted to login and look for what other classes to join upcoming, figured ALL gym/ yoga available classes were gone. Messaged CS and they provided me with lame responses, which clearly wasn’t true, given I was able to view full list of classes the day before. I confronted with facts and got no responses. After a few time checking in with them, they completely cancelled my trail membership without notice, and of course 2 previously registered trial classes are now gone. I would recommend everyone to stay away from classpass given you can see all these bad experiences posted by reviewers in here. You deserve to spend your time on way better valuable experiences.
