We operate with environmental protection in mind. Our advanced water treatment system treats all car wash water before discharge and meets all waste water regulations of Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department. Other streetside car wash venues simply cannot compare.
What's more, we are a social-responsibility initiative too. We work with and support services of Caritas-Hong Kong. It's our on-going mission to provide professional services to car-lovers like you, and at the same time, support and give back to communities in need.

Machine under maintenance.
I booked a car wash for 12:40. Was told machine was under maintenance and I was entitled to a refund. Went to the shop around 8pm opening hours advertised was 12-9pm and shop was closed. No refund.
Update: Peony from the shop was kind enough to refund me promptly and offer me a discount next time. Haven’t actually tried the wash yet, but the customer service is good!

App keeps crashing
Every time I try to enter the OTP the app crashes I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but the problem persists. So unfortunately, I’m on able to use this company as the app is the only way to make a booking.
