The GREATEST management APP I have met!!! Focus on small tasks and don’t forget the big picture!

Deficient functionality and poor support

This app claims to provide “tight integration with Evernote,” but in fact, it is entirely useless for any actual Evernote user.
It only supports so-called “automatic” links; in other words, links are not stored as links but as plain text. It also doesn't support Evernote links. If we add any link or Evernote link in a note in Evernote, and then sync it with Could Outliner 2 Pro, all the links will become plain text in both of the apps! If we paste a URL in Could Outliner 2 Pro, the URL will be shown as a link in Could Outliner 2 Pro, but as plain text in Evernote. (Cautions! The text in green colour with an underline in the screenshot is not a link at all; the screenshot only shows that you can change the colour and style.)
Besides, this app provides no real support. There is a menu item “Cloud Outliner Pro Help” in the “Help” drop-down menu, in which there is a “Support” item. But all it does is to open your Mail app with their support email address, but no response after sending them the email. Apart from it, there are something like “Subscribe to News,” “Rate the App,” and a “Website” item, which opens your browser to their main site to sell you more of their products. No instruction, user's guide, etc. anywhere.
