Easy to operate

Most user friendly platform. If it allows exchange with fiat currency without using credit cards, it would be perfect.

Coinbase support takes too long to reply

Their platform looks good, and smooth to use. However If you value customer support - do not use coinbase

I contacted their support 5 times, and they have not even replied once, I tried following up on the ticket I raised, and I get an automatic email saying ticket expired. Even Microsoft customer support team is more responsive than them - and Microsoft serves like a billion customers. That says a lot. How can you trust a website if they never get back to you?

Imagine you have a good amount of money in Coinbase, and you don’t know how to withdraw it, and you ask their support, but they never get back. How frustrated would you be? One star out of five stars rating is already high.

Cannot cash out/sell

My coinbase account is trapped. Everytime I try to link a bank it says successful, when I try to sell crypto my debit card does not show up. I want to ‘cash out’ really badly but I can’t see the option. Is this happening to other people? Is this because of region difference too, I’m from hk btw? Also customer support is a bot, they don’t help at all.. why can’t coinbase hire actual people.. I feel like I just threw my money away for looking at numbers rising and falling.
