• Live chat and video-chat with our Hotline for quick and easy troubleshooting
• Avail yourself of the Augmented Reality feature for easier fault-finding
• Live-chat using the your Smart Glasses
• Attach a photo or video of any fault you are experiencing
• Use the Multi-Lingual Function for quick and simple interaction
• Assist the Concetti team during a Remote Service Call (Teleservice-tool required)
