Couldn’t reflect my purchase

Even though it could not reflect my purchase from apps store, but the customer service is really willing to help to fix the issue. It actually have a great course content and I learnt a lot.

I do a subscription on this app, after I paid and to the day of assignments, they keep asking me to subscribe the course and My apple account nonstop telling me that I have already made a purchase.

I reached out to their CS, the only answer I got is get a refund with apple and my apple account told me that I could not get a refund, so what am I subscribing? Paid and get nothing😡

I cannot hold myself but to submit this review.

Much as I like the app a lot There are more things I think the app should improve. Can I mark favourite for the classes that I am interested in taking at a later period Can we have the completed course put at the back just to make sure the current on-going course is the first thing I see once I open the app. The text highlighting function is not very user friendly as I have to highlight by sentence whereas on website I can customise whatever I want to highlight. The assignments submitted online, be it for peer grading or not, is never properly synchronised on the phone.

Great platform, but poorly built app

I always encounter "Error" whenever I switch from offline to online. And it seems that Coursera use network to stream the lecture video (and the loading takes ages) even though I have already downloaded it before, that is weird. Great platform, but the app is driving me crazy. Grateful if you may fix the issues and update the offline mode mechanism. That would be a great help to all passionate learners like me.
