So far so good

Everything is fine except only EURO top up is possible, pls add more currency such as US, HKD etc. The top up shall be connected to credit card instead of bank transfer.

There does not appear to be a complaints procedure. I tried to file a complaint in the app - I was redirected to email. Via email then they ask me to log in to the app. I've only been a member for a few days and it's been a nightmare, I made a mistake on my first day by quickly signing up for the wrong product trying to correct my problem. I was initially told it was fine and I wouldn't be charged this time but it hasn't been rectified and no one will rectify it unless I pay £50 and I also can't get a refund for 180 days. I think it is disgusting that they would treat a new customer this way. None of the customer agents seemed to want to deal with my complaint, so they responded in a way that they didn't have to deal with it, so you end up opening a new ticket so you're back to square one. The problem could easily be solved but no one wants to and I find it impossible to solve and am left with no choice and will have to complain to the FCA and the Financial Ombudsmen.

I’m tired of dealing with bug fix failures

For over a year I have not been able to access my funds in the app. I can't add funds to my Fiat Wallet, I can't transfer my money back to my bank account, I can't transfer money or cryptocurrencies to my Exchange account, and I can't top up my Visa card. I've contacted support multiple times - I've sent video checks to support, updated the app, restarted my phone, and sent screenshots of the issues, but I haven't been able to move forward. Not that I haven't used/traded crypto before, but this app is extremely frustrating. Avoid crypto unless you know what you are doing or if you can afford to lose money. Contacting support means clicking through 3 or 4 pages every time a response is sent. Then, if you're not available to answer a question, you have to start the whole process over again. I rarely write negative reviews, but this app has raised my blood pressure and shortened my life.
