Great App

I love this app! The exercises run in order. You can either choose an exercise to start from or start the complete workout, which is basically starting from the first exercise. You can choose for 5, 7.5 or 10 minute workout - I suggest experimenting to see which works best for you. Personally I like to start with the 5 minute workout, then moving on to then 7.5 minute workout, then to the 10 minute workout. There are visuals so you can see what you can do and in time you can figure what you need to do even without looking at the visuals - and if you don't have your device with you but really want to work out, you can use a stopwatch or clock if you have one to time yourself for each exercise (if you have such a memory!). Great even if you don't have much time - the shortest workout is 5 minutes long, longest is 10 minutes long. It is great to do at the start of the day or later. I
