New features:
- Added a new comments tab to display comments from users.
- Added search functionality to search by Dose number or a Speaker's name.
Fixes:
- Dose card content is no longer cut off
- The dose title and speaker name are no longer cut off
- No longer highlights comments while scrolling
- Now always shows the correct video thumbnail
