Dance Rock'n'Roll 4+

The Home Screen gives you an overview of your progress. You can see how far you have come with a bar in relation to all exercises in the app. Below you can see which exercise in which level is waiting for you next. Click on "train now" to get to the overview of the levels.
We want to teach you Rock'n'Roll step by step. As soon as you have completed a level, another one will be unlocked for you. You can also repeat what you have learned. Click on a level of your choice and you will get an overview of the exercises in this level.
You improve step by step, congratulations! The difficulty of the exercises within a level gets higher and higher. However, you will also receive more points for the exercise. Repeat the exercises especially if they still have the status "shaky".
Watch the video and read the description before you try the exercise. Once you have done it, click on "yeah". Congratulations, you got the full score. If the exercise is still difficult for you, choose "shaky". Keep going, as a reward for your effort you already get half of the points. If you manage the exercise later, you will also receive the second half of the full score. Didn't make it? Then select "nope". Watch the video again carefully to make progress and get your points.
Rock'n'Roll is danced as a couple dance but also in groups. This sport promotes coordination, physical fitness, sense of rhythm and also social skills.
