Hogh wuality live coverage

Poor access and zero customer service

There is a problem with my NFL Gamepass access. I can only watch highlights rather than full game replays or even Game in 40 minutes. I would say I can only watch approximately 1 out of ever 10 full replay games I have tried to watch. And I have tried to reach customer service but it is a bot which said it has forwarded my issue to a human and they will contact me. That was three days ago and I’ve had zero contact from them. So, I’ve paid the equivalent of US$250 and basically can only watch highlights. I cannot get any customer service response after repeated requests. Complete crap.

Made NFL Gamepass worse

Took a great product which was NFL game pass international and gave it a worse UI and now you can’t watch when travelling overseas outside your home country. Pure garbage. Put the app back the way it was
