Unable to scroll through search function in hire car booking
Unable to scroll through search function in hire car booking since Dec 2019 version.
Hire care portion of app needs work
because there is no way of reporting these issues to anyone at HKR or DBTSL I am posting here. I have now downloaded this app 3 x becuase the hirecar function appears not be be working properly and even on this 3rd attempt I still am unable to see the cancel function of the the hire car booking service. they also need to fix the status feature so that it correctly reflects the status. I booked a car for 5.50am last week, took a chance that he would be there even though the booking did not show that it was confirmed. Took the car and still 7 days later still showing as "waiting to confrim". I feel for the drivers as now everything is their responsibility!
Needs a lot of improvement !
1 Star out of 5 ... seriously ! There should be an option for no star. The app just doesn’t have real time notification of the booking status ... if a car has been confirmed booked ... how long it’s going to take to arrive ( just an estimate would be sufficient)You are just left in the dark till either the car arrives or doesn’t arrive at all. What a downgrade from the previous version. What has happened to improvements in services! What a disappointment. And with so many complaints and still no improvement or response says a lot about how this is being managed. Disappointing.
