All round failure

This app and all tech thing of this bank are all round terribly failure. - I can’t unlock the account using both app / web - the chatbot is stupid and not able to solve any question - I try to contact CS by email but mail box not found and rebound - at the end I need to contact CS by phone, first time general CS, second time seems like some banking CS, and I am now waiting for IT CS to unlock my account Frankly speaking I don’t think my account locked due to wrong password, as I never changed it, but I need to spent few days still can get solved.

Update from 3 dec:
I already called the hotline and CS say will get back to me but until now after more than 2 weeks still no response. Thank you for providing another evidence of your bank service quality.

Touch screen poor sensitivity

At logging in, the touch screen was like frozen… banged many times- then “ screen”lazily appeared .
Pls fix this touch screen issue
