DBS Review
I never write reviews but I’m doing this in the hopes that someone at DBS sees this and makes some big changes.
The app glitches from time to time. Small glitches and needing to restart the app I can just about tolerate but the most disappointing part is the user interface. The app is not easy to navigate and I don’t like using it.
The that fact we are living in an era of digital banking where random start ups and online brokerages produce apps better than the banks themselves is infuriating. Even HSBC is doing a better job than this. Big improvements are needed here.
can't load up the APP
Could somebody from DBS pls rewrite this APP! Don't know since when I have to restart my iphone to get this DBS APP work every single time before I can do my banking. But this restart of iphone only work once and I have to restart my iphone again n again whenever I need to do my banking...this absolutely will drive your clients crazy! Pls have somebody who is the expert and re-write this banking APP ASAP if you care about the banking relationship with your clients! Remember A.S.A.P.!!!
