Urgent solved

Why I paid money to buy the upgrade games but cannot run n don’t play as always say advising cannot load. Pls help to smooth if not pay back the money to me as can’t play it

I am so sorry to hear you are having this issue! Can you first please ensure you have the most updated version of the game? You should be able to restore your purchase by selecting the "Restore" button. This button is located in the settings. Insufficient $ to purchase all store products

I finished the entire game with 3 stars on all levels and still $100 short from purchasing products from the store. Pls check whether it's a bug. The game is good overall.
