Super user unfriendly
Took so much time to set up, loading forever. Can’t register in the app, had to do it on website. If there are more than one devices, so much problem with connections appear.
Can’t connect with the machine
The app cannot register account before. Although it fixed, it can’t connect with the machine both iOS and AN. Disappointed!
Coffee link doesn’t link
Wifi router within 4 meters, iPhone in 2 meters, it just does not link except for the first time!
What is the matter with it? Wifi and iot are no new thing!
Please enhance cyber customer experience to embrace newer generation of customer!
