great app with some bugs
The videos sometimes fail to play and need to restart the app to fix it. This sometimes need a few times to fix it. Please fix it. It feels annoying if it happens so often. Additional information: I am using an iPad Air
Go woke, go broke
stop making woke content and just make good shows. Is that to much to ask for? The mandelorian was the reason I got your service. The most recent season was a disaster. I just cant keep paying for such low quality woke content. If you want a powerful female character look at the character Ripley from Aliens. She was powerful not because she could physically beat a man (that is not possible) she was powerful because of the nature of her character. She was a powerful leader and that movie is by far my favorite movie of all time. Woke is not about powerful women, woke is about shoehorning a female character into the role of a man, with all of the physical characteristics of man including physical strength. If you fire your leadership team and stop pushing an agenda into all disney, marvel and star wars content, then I will consider paying for your service again. Go Woke Go Broke.
Disappointed
Faced many issues when trying to sign up and watch my first movie projecting to my TV due to HDCP error. Tried downloading a movie and it got stuck forever at 91%... pause and resume didn't really work (it just said download failed). Even the subscribing experience was very sluggish and stuck spinning at step 3.
Overall the app and platform still seem fairly buggy. I don't really understand why such high rating on app store other than that those ratings were bought...
