Stability and performance enhancements.

Thank you Kathy Young! You added a ⭐️ here

This APP provides quality audio books and I was so eager to purchase my favorite ones. When I paid via APPLE, payment received but purchased books didn’t appear in APP.

Then I write to their assigned email for customer service and Ms. Kathy Young took up my case.

I have to say that Kathy provided me the best of the best support that I could ever imagined. Timely response, clarity in questions and next steps, and effective solutions (after a few rounds by their IT).

All things were fixed and then I went for another round to purchase my other audio books. Same problem occurred. I guess the purchase payment in APPLE wasn’t connected well with their system.

Anyway the situation is still frustrating., but this time I am so comforted by the fact that I can write to Kathy for help. I trust that with these incidences they will improve the systems and things will go well with all. Then they truly deserve the five stars. For now the five stars I gave to them, one big one is because of Kathy!
