Lost gems

Lost more than 100 gems in one day, don’t know whether has been stolen. I do send email to storm8 group but no reply! What can I do?

I like the graphics but the inventory storage is so low, greeting citizens keep adding up the inventory making it hard to sell items.

Imbalanced economy and Storage

Low income, high price building: I've 65 mastered business but I can only make no more than daily $2k income IF I play 24 hours a day. However, to build or to repair one building would cost me $2k.
Storage: To repair building or expand the lot, you need at least 10 materials and money. It means if you don't have enough money, you'd have to keep the materials for later use. Yet the storage that the game set up is a "one box for all" mode. It took up the whole space and end up you can't even finish the quest. No quest, no money, dead end.
Do not play this game if you're not the planning to gems. Game is supposed to waste my time in a happy spirit, this game can't do its job and will make you feel like it's absolutely waste of time.
