Great App

It is convenient and I do not need to bind my account with phone number.

Great app, but needs improvement.

Why can’t users choose to enable Touch ID or Face ID for all accounts? Or just make a lock screen when user open your app, it will definitely enhances the security.
Besides that, I hope that 2FA lock screen will support Chrome OS and iPad OS as soon as possible. Thanks so much, developer team.

Totally rubbish app that should be banned from App Store

I am a university staff. This rubbish app creates a lot of problems. I cannot access my email and IT services after a summer break because the connection of my university account with Duo has stopped. The reconnection is extremely complicated and it took me weeks to do so. Yet I still cannot access my University account now after lengthy procedures. I cannot check my emails and access my IT portal for weeks. This means I cannot do anything! This is a VERY DANGEROUS app which will ruin your work and your life. Please stop creating trouble for internet users and remove your rubbish app immediately.
