Not able to use website or app as it’s not available in English.
Convenience App for checking order status
New version is much better than before. I can check the status of the order and quotation in the app, rather just placing order through it. But the connection is not that smooth and stable, hope a new version can settle this problem.
Not user friendly
It is difficult for non-chinese readers to understand and order.
Even the website is similar.
Not user friendly and seriously discourages people to use the website as well as the App.
Is it intentional? If not, for the sake of good business, E-Print must take immediate action to resolve this matter.
