Why would the words/commands be in white fonts on tinted white background? Is it to make users difficult to find how to cancel the auto-renew function?
I need to cancel purchase of this app, but I try several times on the setting still charge me!!!!
Pls cxl of my purchase and stop charging me anymore !!!!!!

Hard to cancel subscription. Try to trick and cheat users
Our app is fully transparent. If you want to disable your subscription or free trial, please go to Apple ID settings --> View Apple ID --> Subscriptions and pick EasySnap. Here's the instruction https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 When you cancel your subscription, you may continue with the free version that offers limited editing features. No charge will follow. Feel free to ask us any further questions if you have any at hello@banuba.com

You can choose the free app version by skipping the welcome screens. We're sorry about the confusing app onboarding and we're working on improving it. Please, make sure you've canceled the subscription in your Apple ID settings — removing the app doesn't cancel it since you manage your subscriptions in the account settings. Or email us at hello@banuba.com if you need instructions on doing so
