Cannot log out or clear history
Even after reinstalling the app, it still show my past purchase. I want to erase the history.
Update: thanks to the support team. They resolved the issue.

eCup does not need a log-in to make user easier to order. If there is a need to erase your history for any reasons, we are very happy to assist you. Convenient app
The app is convenient to use and can pay directly with Apple Pay. Though, the app did not show the status on the readiness of the order or pop up notification when the order is ready.

Dear Customer, thanks for your feedback. System has been developed with status update and pop up notification when an order is ready. Besides, we sent friendly reminders when any digital stamps or rewards are about to expire, to avoid any wastage of useful gifts.
A reason for your case maybe due to a delay of barista to trigger the pop up; or please check if your notification setting is on. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We are happy to receive feedback and will continue to improve.

Excellent app for busy working class
Very convenient tool for busy ppl like me, save me at least 10mins a day waiting for my coffee. I can grab and go by the time I reached my cafe. Easy to use and intuitive UI. Highly recommended!
