Lost past issues

After I downloaded the latest app, all my previous purchased issues are gone!!!! I would need to re- purchase if I need to view them again. Can anyone help? Absolutely not the best app!

Cannot log-in after the Update and no cusomter service whatsoever

I couldn't log in after updating the app
and when i click Forgot password it got redirect to an error 404 page.

there's no signs of customer service as well.

desperate for help.
