If your sales representatives regularly visit customer locations to determine usage or stock bins, they don’t have to carry heavy, expensive laptops, or scrawl part numbers on scraps of paper. Instead, they can utilize mobile devices. Using Epicor Prophet 21 Bin Management capability, your remote salespeople can download customer-specific information from your system directly to their device before visiting customers. While at customer locations, salespeople can record usage information on their device, allowing them to focus on customer needs. The information gathered at the customer site uploads to your Prophet 21 system to create replenishment orders; this leads to fewer re-keying and clerical errors- and fewer forgotten or misinterpreted orders.
