描述
教育多媒體是教育局為幼稚園、小學和中學學生及教師製作的學與教資源，當中包括獨立主題式短片、多結局微電影、動畫、兒歌、繪本、相片、聲效，以及已劃分成多個數分鐘章節，並剪輯成片段的影片等。有關資源乃根據學校課程和學生的學習需要而製作，免費提供給學校靈活選用，設計學與教活動，並豐富學生的學習經歷。同時，教育局亦製作資訊影片，為教師和家長提供學與教和課程的最新發展。

Why the video in the apps has no sound?

I’ve tried many times in vain to see even the front page of the app. I ‘ve also tried different ways to solve the problem, e.g. reinstalling the app, turning off my vpn before opening the app, but I still fail to see anything other than the never-ending loading. Is there anything I could do to see the content list?
