It’s doesn’t always work

8 out of 10 times the live video can’t be shown. 6 out of 10 times the event cannot be loaded. 9 out of 10 times the playback has problem to be shown , always need to ‘retry’.
4 out of 10 times the app shows my camera is offline 🤦🏻‍♀️
I am hoping the camera is fine but only the app is weak. If the developer improves the app, hopefully it runs better.

Playback starting time

Can the playback starting from the latest minute?
It’s time consuming for scrolling from 0:00 of today.

Or allow us to get a default time for viewing the playback.

Add temporary “disarm” mode for indoor cam?

Add the captioned mode for use whenever the main mode, e.g. ‘Away’, turned on always but on holiday(s), we can temporarily turn on this temporary “disarm” mode on top for 1 day or selectable no. of days; then the main mode will be resumed after the holiday automatically. This to avoid the alarm of Away mode or “some one is captured” notifications on holidays.
