Duplicate entry

I found sometimes duplicate entry may be added automatically if I add one entry.

Problem please fix

I have used the apps for more than two years, but after I transfer the data to ISO version, in the summary account(I.e. The "all account") couldn't show the correct balance, it is expected that the balance is income minus expense, though, in my latest version in the "all account", 1000income and 1200expense give out a (-2400) balance, please fix.
