EZ-Link app can only be supported by iOS version 12 and above.
In this release, we have enabled 2 new features that will make your journeys more convenient.

• You can now apply for and activate auto top-up for your EZ-Link and Motoring cards via your device seamlessly!
• Motorists rejoice! You can now apply for the EZ-Link Motoring service with all Mastercard and Visa bank cards. Enjoy the convenience of card-less payments for your motoring trips!

We have also done some bug fixes as we continuously strive to improve your user experience, to give you little wins in life.

Utterly unusable

This app claims to recognise my phone number so I cannot register a new login. It prompts me to use the “forgot password” link. When I do that, it requires an email address as well as the phone number as a combo. However it doesn’t recognise my email/phone combo. There is no third option and no help or support link. Thus this application is utterly unusable.

Only for locals

Can’t use the app without a local phone number.
Come on, it is not so difficult to upgrade it to include international phone number(a must for tourists). SimplyGo did it. So why not EZ-Link.
