Deleting the app and reinstall few times, not working!? Switch to IKEv2 and it shows connected but actually not connected.

After claiming connected then Close the app and open again, the loading circle is still spinning and not connecting?

How to REALLY completely remove the app and clean reinstall?

Please help.

Apple Support ask me to switch to another provider

After installing Freedome VPN App subscribed with my broadband service provider, I start having sync problems with duplication of Contacts, iCloud backup not including recent contacts, and duplication of Numbers files with same date and time.
Apple Support asks me to switch to another VPN provider,
I am using iPhone XR and IPad mini 6 iOS 17.2.1.

Also, even though I subscribed your App, why is it not listed in my Apple Subscription or Purchase?
